Issue 1: they list the post office as their business location on Google maps and I thought they were close to my house because of that. They don't actually have a physical business location. Issue 2: won't give you a price over the phone. Says they will know once they show up even though I told them what they would be doing (making a copy of a chip car key). When they arrive they told me a price that I thought was too high. They tried to get me to pay them for showing up even though they never said anything about that over the phone or on their website. I feel that this kind of thing is dishonest and puts anyone who really needs their service in a serious bind. Issue 3: Since I refused their service they won't stop calling me and texting me. Positive: the technician did arrive within 10 minutes of their stated arrival time. At least they are punctual.

Very POOR Service! When informed only made house calls, arranged for technician to arrive late afternoon. When technician 40 minutes late, called again. Informed by person that technician would not be coming, and could not say why I wasn't informed. Asked about future appointment, and they hung up on the call. Extremely poor. Definitely not worth contacting this service in the future!!

My husband and I had the hardest time finding someone who could copy our RV key, I was reluctant to try a computerized machine, but it worked! Also, it was very affordable and we got a second copy at a discounted price! So glad we discovered KeyMe!

Well I called specifically asking if they can unlock my bike lock (they said yes). So I waited an hour then called the number I received via text to check the status of my job and was told “didn’t anybody call you? They don’t do bikes.”?!? When I started to reply, the woman HUNG UP ON ME.

Copied keys worked first time without fuss. The kiosk process to duplicate keys is clear and easy. TIP: hold the orginal key firmly in the kiosk slot while its being analyzed. It's unfortunate that the cost, $10/key, feels very outrageous. BTW: Only the Brave browser report certificate error on clicking the emailed link for this survey.
